What You'll Do

  • Provide thorough dental examinations, diagnoses, and personalized treatment plans for a diverse patient base
  • Deliver high-quality preventive, restorative, and cosmetic dentistry, including fillings, crowns, root canals, and extractions
  • Work confidently with adults and children, helping patients feel comfortable and informed at every visit
  • Collaborate closely with hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to create smooth, stress-free patient experiences
  • Educate patients on oral health, preventive care, and treatment options in a clear, compassionate way
  • Maintain accurate and detailed clinical records using dental software (Paradigm, Dentrix)
  • Participate in the integration and use of CAD technology for restorative dentistry when applicable
  • Stay current with advances in dentistry and engage in continuing education to keep your skills sharp

What We're Looking For

  • A valid dental license and eligibility to practice as an Associate Dentist
  • Experience in a dental practice setting (or a strong foundation as a recent graduate)
  • Familiarity with Paradigm and/or Dentrix is an asset
  • Excellent communication skills and a patient-centered approach
  • A team player who values collaboration, professionalism, and high standards of care

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $129,657.41-$633,255.60 per year
