We are looking to add a full time sales employee to our current sales team, this will depend on the candidate. Our ideal candidate would be someone with a hardware, paint store, or 3D Printing background however we are willing to train the right candidate. Prospective employees must be able to think quickly on their feet and be flexible to ever changing job demands. We are looking for outgoing dynamic people who want to provide great customer service

All candidates will need to be available to interview in person in our Victoria store.

Starting wage will be based on relevant work experience

Job Description

To be successful in this role, you will need to:

  • Enjoy working with the public
  • Genuinely care about providing our customers with technical assistance in selecting the best product solution.
  • Have the desire and ability to learn about technical products and apply that knowledge to improve our customers' experience
  • Have a professional, direct and courteous style
  • Take initiative and work well as part of a team
  • Be respectful, direct and make decisions in the best interest of the customer.
  • Available to regularly work Saturdays

Capabilities:

  • Operate cash register & Process cash money, and credit/debit card payments.
  • Ask detailed application questions to customers to provide technical guidance and advice about product solutions for their project need.
  • Provide cost estimates on materials
  • Suggestive selling and Value Selling are critical to your success
  • Work with personal accountability and self-motivation

  • Marine & Pleasure Craft
  • Industrial Plastics
