The Opportunity

Position Overview

As a Service Representative 2, you will provide quality service to business and retail members and contributes to the success of the branch through the achievement of established retail sales goals and the application of member relationship management tools and techniques in accordance with branch-specific procedures. In this role, you will also complete the sale of credit union deposit and lending products and services to non-portfolioed members including registered products and basic retail lending products and administer estates. You will further actively participate in the execution of product and service campaigns, provide support and advice to other credit union staff.

This position is a non-union position)

Schedule Description

Permanent Part-Time – 35 Hours per week

Monday - Friday: :00am – 4:30pm

Note: These hours may be increased up to full days on short notice due to operational requirements. Travel between StellerVista branches (Elkford and Fernie) may be required.

Wage Scale – $ $33.48

Minimum Qualifications:

Do you have a Secondary school diploma plus a minimum of approximately 2 years related sales and service experience with a financial institution?

Candidates with an equivalent combination of education and experience will also be considered.

Successful applicants will also be required to upgrade skills yearly by taking related courses in your education course checklist.
