  • Drive for continual business improvements.
  • Maintaining a positive culture for guests and crew
  • Guide and support guests while they dine with us on food and beverages, working wine knowledge and making recommendations.
  • Open communication with crew at all levels and helping curate positive experiences.
  • Supporting products and menu development of drink & bar menu, quality control, assurance and consistency.
  • Ensuring compliance and policy management by supporting: Liquor control, Liquor log books, Health and Safety standards and all government regulations in regards to alcohol service.
  • Providing guidance in core values, vision and company standards. Leadership and ongoing coaching and check-ins with team members.
  • Fostering positive company culture, open communication and a respectful team dynamic.
  • Participating in training and development of staff in providing information about various wine pairings
  • Active participation in service, ability to jump into all FOH roles while overseeing bar and floor day to day.
  • Inspiring the team to go beyond guest expectations, maintaining exceptional levels of product, service and delivery. Brand Integrity - ensuring guest & team facing material is cohesive and seeking continual feedback.

Role Description:

Taking pride in your workspace and the food and drinks our guests enjoy is of utmost importance. We are a small business and a big part of the local community. We always take pride in being of service.

This role will be responsible while shift leading for the guidance of bar staff an serving staff and ensuring education and training around drink and food menus are facilitated. They lead by example and contribute to a culture of accountability and achievement. The Shift Lead will maintain business operations by upholding Amici processes and policies, helping to provide day-to-day solutions in support of the growth and development of the company.
