Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Grounds Operator to support year-round property maintenance. This position plays a vital role in ensuring our properties remain safe, functional, and visually appealing—especially during the winter season when snow management is key.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform routine maintenance on grounds equipment, facilities, and infrastructure to ensure optimal operation.
  • Operate snow removal equipment (plows, blowers, salters, etc.) during winter months to maintain safe and accessible properties.
  • Support landscaping, repairs, and other property enhancement projects throughout the year.
  • Maintain accurate maintenance logs, inspection records, and service documentation.

  • Qualifications
  • Proven experience in grounds maintenance or a related trade, with specific experience in snow removal operations.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Dedicated to delivering high-quality work while maintaining a strong focus on safety.
