Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Physiotherapist located in Edmonton, AB. The Physiotherapist will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing individualized treatment plans, and providing therapeutic interventions to promote mobility, alleviate pain, and improve physical function. The role will also involve maintaining accurate patient records, offering education on preventative and rehabilitative measures, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in patient assessment, treatment planning, and therapeutic intervention
  • Strong understanding of physical therapy techniques, anatomy, and rehabilitation science
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team and demonstrate problem-solving skills
  • Licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Physiotherapist in Alberta
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations and ability to maintain accurate documentation
  • Experience working in physiotherapy settings is an asset
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and evidence-based practice
