The International Auto Group (IAG) boast seven dealerships across the GTA which encompasses 10 legendary brands.

IAG is seeking a self-motivated team member who is looking to embark on an exciting career at our Mid-Toronto Auto Sales as a Sub-Prime Sales & Leasing Specialist.

This position is specifically for a highly experienced salesperson specializing in Sub-Prime deals. We're looking for a customer-focused professional with a passion for helping people get into the vehicle they need—regardless of their current credit situation.

Location: 2401 Dufferin Street, York, ON M6E 3S7

What you'll need to succeed:

  • Valid G driver's licence in good standing, with a clean Driver's Abstract
  • You must be OMVIC Certified in good standing, highly motivated and committed to success.
  • Proven experience in non-prime/subprime automotive sales & finance—you know how to turn credit challenges into approvals. You can build a profitable deal on your own without constant supervision.
  • Strong negotiation skills and a deep understanding of lender requirements to secure the best deals for clients.
  • A solutions-driven mindset because you see opportunities and close the deal.
  • High-energy, positive attitude, and self-motivation
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build trust and guide customers through the complex financing processes with confidence.
  • Team player with a winning mentality, able to work independently while contributing to a supportive, high-morale team culture.

What you'll do:

  • Answer both retail and finance leads and convert them into closed deals.
  • Work with customers facing credit challenges, guiding them through the financing process.
  • Build relationships with lenders and leverage programs to secure approvals.
  • Provide expert advice on vehicle options, financing terms, and credit-building strategies.
