Overview

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Teachers to join our educational team. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in early childhood education and childcare, with the ability to create a nurturing and engaging learning environment for young children. This role offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on children's development and learning, fostering their social, emotional, and cognitive growth through innovative teaching methods and compassionate care.

Duties

  • Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans aligned with early childhood education standards
  • Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment that encourages curiosity and exploration
  • Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues to support student progress
  • Assess individual student needs and adapt teaching strategies accordingly
  • Incorporate special education techniques when working with children with disabilities or special needs
  • Maintain accurate records of student development and classroom activities
  • Manage classroom behavior using leadership and organizational skills
  • Collaborate with team members to plan activities that promote social skills, creativity, and learning engagement
  • Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times within the classroom setting

Experience

  • Prior classroom experience in early childhood education or related fields is preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively while balancing multiple responsibilities
  • Strong communication skills—both written and verbal—are essential for engaging with children, parents, and team members
  • Proven leadership qualities with the ability to organize activities and manage classroom dynamics effectively
  • Experience in teaching or childcare roles that highlight patience, creativity, and organizational skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00-$29.91 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
