Full job description;\/b>Our client is a direct LUMPER SERVICE. We are seeking people who can work as a full time or part time lumper.Our client offers services operating throughout the GTA. We are looking for experienced lumpers to offload, palletize and shrink wrap product on floor loaded shipping containers in the Brampton, Mississauga, Etobicoke and Milton regions.We need quality, reliable and experienced workers and crews who have done this type of work before. Individuals, or people who come as a team that have their own transportation and know the GTA and main warehouse locations.You must be ok communicating with dock supervisors, working in a busy environment and getting the job done.You should be able to use a counterbalance (forklift) and have a willingness to work cold storage also, multiple SKU's or heavy loads where needed.Your experience and reliability will give you repeat work and you will be placed as priority.If qualified please send a resume to ;\/a> or apply to this Ad.RequirementsRequirements:Applicants need to live in the Greater Toronto Area currently, preferably Mississauga or Brampton.Responsibilities:Load / unload products manually off of containers, trailers or re -palletize skidded product.Tracking correct piece count and weight and verifying information with paperworkNotify Supervisor of any piece count discrepancies, damaged or defective freightLoad/unload freight carefully to avoid damageLabel freight accurately when neededComply with Company Health and Safety policies and procedures of the warehouses enteredQualifications: 1. Lumper experience ( highly regarded, not required) 2. Ability to drive or commute to jobs 3. Steel toe boots 5. High -vis vest 6.
