Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position located in Barrie, Ontario, for the role of Client Associate. The Client Associate will support financial advisors and clients by delivering exceptional client service, managing client accounts, addressing inquiries, and assisting with administrative tasks. Responsibilities will include preparing client reports, managing transactions, facilitating account opening and maintenance, and responding to client needs with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Strong Client Services and Communication skills to effectively respond to client inquiries and build relationships
  • Analytical Skills to evaluate and process financial information with accuracy and precision
  • Knowledge of Finance and Sales to support financial advisors and assist clients with tailored wealth management solutions
  • Proficiency with relevant software and tools, including CRM systems, and familiarity with financial industry standards
  • Organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple client accounts and administrative responsibilities
  • Post-secondary education in finance, business, or a related field is preferred
  • Previous experience in financial services or a client-facing role is an asset
