Job description

We're currently hiring for Sales Associate (1 Full Time) to join our team for our store located at Cedarbrae Mall

Preferably with Strong communication, cultural awareness, and sales/customer service experience in a diverse, telecom-focused environment.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Ability to sell wireless products and plans and best describe them to the customer
  • Assess customer needs with respect to the purchase of wireless products, billing inquiries, and equipment/technical challenges
  • Ability to stay current with changes in offers/promotions, new products, services and policies to maintain high level product knowledge and services
  • Providing exceptional customer support to both current and prospective clients
  • Handle requests, questions and any issues in a positive manner
  • Process sales and enter refund of orders on a daily basis
  • Receive and manage the inventory processes
  • Review Sales reports on a daily basis

Any other duties as may be assigned by Management

Education and Experience:

  • High School Diploma or Bachelor's Degree

Salary: $17.60 per hour + Commissions + Bonuses and Incentives/Employee Discounts
