We work collaboratively to support our partners in every market and region we serve around the world.About the opportunity:We're looking for a Senior NPI Manager to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of visual technology.  You'll have these opportunities to:Operate at the intersection of engineering innovation and global supply chain strategy; Lead supplier partnerships that directly impact Christie's next-generation products, and Contribute to an organization that powers iconic entertainment venues, global enterprises, and mission-critical installations.In this role, you will be responsible for driving sourcing strategy and supplier readiness for new product development and launches across Christie's advanced product lines. You will be a key partner to Engineering, Operations, and our Commodity Management team in Shenzhen, ensuring supplier capabilities align with Christie's technical, cost, and innovation requirements. This is a hands-on, strategic role that requires both deep sourcing expertise and the ability to integrate seamlessly with engineering teams to deliver competitive, manufacturable, and innovative products.Responsibilities:Serve as the primary partner to Kitchener Engineering, ensuring material and supplier decisions enable performance, manufacturability, and scalabilityPartner closely with Commodity Management and Shenzhen Supply Chain teams to align on supplier strategy and executionBuild strong supplier relationships across diverse commodities, driving quality, cost, and capacity readinessManage supplier selection, onboarding, and readiness from prototype through rampAnticipate risks and lead mitigation to protect launch schedulesInfluence design-for-manufacture and design-for-cost decisions early in the product lifecyclePartner with Operations and Program Management to ensure flawless product launch executionLead sourcing and supplier readiness from concept through production ramp, ensuring seamless handoff to sustaining supply chain teamsMentor and guide sourcing professionals on the global teamWork with Supply Chain and Engineering leadership to prepare technology roadmaps, supplier support and identify gapsLocation: hybrid position based in Kitchener, ONWhat we're offeringA competitive salary, vacation, health & dental benefits and employer-matched pension plan.You'll have opportunities to learn, grow, and collaborate with professionals on a global reach.
