We are currently seeking a Customer Service Sales Associate to join our team and contribute to a stable, collaborative, and growth-focused work environment. As a Customer Service Sales Associate, you will play an important role in supporting customer satisfaction, strengthening relationships, and contributing to the continued growth of the business. You will receive structured training, ongoing mentorship, and the opportunity to build valuable customer-facing skills in a professional setting.

Customer Service Sales Associate's Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers and prospective clients through phone calls, emails, text communication, and in-person interactions
  • Build trust-based relationships by listening carefully and understanding each customer's needs
  • Provide clear, accurate information about products and services to help customers make confident decisions
  • Support customer success by ensuring a smooth, positive, and professional experience from start to finish
  • Maintain detailed and organized communication records as required
  • Participate in ongoing training to strengthen product knowledge, customer service skills, and best practices
  • Represent the company with professionalism, reliability, and a customer-first mindset
