What You Will Do
Drive performance:
Lead and support your Sales Associate in meeting and exceeding community sales goals.Champion customer experience:
Ensure every buyer enjoys a smooth, personalized, and memorable journey - from first contact to closing day.Lead by example:
Actively engage with customers, model exceptional sales practices, and support your associate in achieving success.Strategize for growth:
Develop and implement creative sales and marketing plans to increase traffic, conversations, and referrals.Collaborate for excellence:
Work closely with marketing, construction, design, and service teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.Mentor and motivate:
Track sales performance, buyer feedback, and market trends to continually refine strategies.Represent the brand:
Be the face of the company in your community - professional, passionate, and focused on results.
What You Will Bring
3-5 years of sales experience with proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
Experience providing coaching, mentorship, or leadership within a sales environment.
Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
A customer-first mindset and passion for creating outstanding homebuying experiences.
Proficiency with CRM systems and digital sales tools.
A self-motivated, goal driven personality with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Flexibility to work weekends and holidays, when buyers are most active.
