Applicants must be able to work well with their hands in a manufacturing shop environment.

Must be able to easily,

  • Read tape measure accurately

  • Take verbal direction along with follow directions on drawings

  • Have excellent numerical aptitude, problem solving skills, and show attention to detail

  • Lift approximately 50lbs

Rate of pay will be based on experience. We are willing to train the right applicant.

*Welding experience is a HUGE asset*

Duties

  • Assist in loading and unloading materials and equipment.
  • Perform general maintenance and cleaning of work areas.
  • Operate basic hand tools and machinery as needed.
  • Follow instructions from supervisors to complete tasks effectively.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times.
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge of best practices.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a labor-intensive role is preferred but not required.
  • Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
  • Basic knowledge of hand tools and safety practices is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as needed. We encourage candidates who are eager to contribute positively to our team while developing their skills in a dynamic work environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00-$23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
