During the training phase (3-6 months depending on experience) you will be expected to learn our business by;

· Joining and shadowing our Administration team to learn our unique deal flow and application process

· Gain experience and rapport with our dealer and customer network

Learn our CRM, fraud prevention and internal customer database software as well as other related applications

· Prove your ability to work in a team atmosphere ensuring maximum approval rates

· Learning the intricacies of reviewing credit and finding the best solutions for Customers and Dealers, as well as learning and presenting solutions for declined customer

As part of our Sales Team your main responsibilities will be;

· Completing an over the phone financial disclosure of loan information

· Follow the sales process in offering solutions and items that protect the customer and meet their needs.

· Preparing, printing, and vetting of all loan and financial documents

· Communicate professionally with customers and dealers.

· Work in weekend and evening rotation (post probation)

Qualifications and Education Requirements

· Secondary School Diploma

· Post-secondary degree an asset

· Experience working in the Marine, RV or Powersports space an asset

· Experience with Finance, banking reviewing credit and Loan applications.

· Strong Customer service-oriented background

· OMVIC Certification (enrollment and certification will be provided by PosPro if required)

Preferred Skills

· High level of computer knowledge and typing skill

· Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.

· Experience with Microsoft Office Suite as well as Microsoft One Drive

· Ability to work in a fast paced and professional environment while maintaining organization.

· Manage seasonal expectations adjusting focus to account for our busiest times of the year.

· High Moral Compass

· Demonstrated compassion for a customer network.

· Capable of working in a team as well as independently while maintaining productivity
