Due to business expansion, AIBAO Insurance is hiring a Commercial Insurance Underwriting Department Manager. We warmly welcome like-minded professionals to join our team and help shape a new chapter of sustainable growth in the insurance industry
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement underwriting policies for commercial insurance products
• Control underwriting risks and optimize business structure
• Lead and manage the underwriting team to improve business quality
• Collaborate with departments including sales, claims, and reinsurance to support strategic execution
Requirements:
• Relevant experience in commercial insurance underwriting
• Familiarity with Ontario's insurance regulations and industry trends
• Strong analytical thinking, communication, and team leadership skills
• RIBO, CRM, CIP certifications preferred
Compensation:
Base salary starting from $70,000+ (commensurate with experience)
Performance bonuses, training and development opportunities, and team incentive programs also available
