Manager, Operational Process Excellence (S&OP & ERP Readiness)

Are you a Process Architect who isn't afraid to get their hands dirty?

We aren't looking for a "report-generator" or someone to sit in a PMO office. We are looking for a hands-on builder. As our Manager, Operational Process Excellence, you will be the bridge between high-level strategy and daily execution. You will lead the charge in designing, institutionalizing, and governing the core processes that keep our business moving—starting with a transformation of our S&OP and moving directly into ERP Business Process Readiness (BPR).

This is a high-impact role where 70% of your time is spent in execution. If you love the "aha" moment of a perfect process map and the satisfaction of seeing an SOP come to life on the floor, we want to talk to you.

What You'll Do

  • Lead end-to-end AS-IS and TO-BE process mapping workshops with SMEs across the business.
  • Own the Operations component of S&OP (Demand, Supply, Inventory). You'll facilitate the stand-ups, define the decision rights, and lock the processes to prevent "perpetual iteration."
  • Review and update Business Process Requirements (BPRs) to ensure our TO-BE state is system-agnostic and ready for a world-class ERP implementation.
  • Convert complex processes into clear SOPs, RACIs, and job aids. You'll even help coordinate the training videos to make sure the change sticks.
  • Influence without direct authority to ensure process adherence and establish the metrics that prove it's working.

What You Bring to the Table

  • PMP Certification is required.
  • 7–12 years in operational process management, specifically within Supply Chain, Distribution, or Wholesale. (Apparel or CG experience is a huge plus)
  • A deep understanding of S&OP cycles and experience with ERP selection or implementation.
  • Expert-level workshop facilitation and a talent for writing SOPs that people actually want to read.
  • You thrive in ambiguity. You don't wait for a manual; you write it.
