THE OPPORTUNITY
EZ STAK is seeking a driven, creative, and results-oriented
Marketing Manager
to join our growing Sales & Marketing team. This is a dynamic, hands-on role that blends strategic marketing leadership with creative execution across digital, product, and brand initiatives.
The
Marketing Manager
will play a key role in driving lead generation, supporting new product launches, and strengthening EZ STAK's brand presence across all channels. This individual will be responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns, managing digital and social media content, and ensuring brand consistency across all customer touchpoints.
With a strong focus on both B2B and B2C markets, the successful candidate will leverage data, research, and analytics to inform strategy, optimize performance, and support sales growth. This role also offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to EZ STAK's evolving brand, including ongoing enhancements to the company website, marketing collateral, and digital presence.
This position is ideal for a marketing professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys balancing strategy with creative production, and is eager to make a meaningful impact within a growing global organization. Current exploration of entrance into emerging marketing also offers a unique opportunity for the Marketing Manager to support EZ STAK's success in net new sales channels.
The ability to travel to EZ STAK's Kingston, ON and Watertown, NY offices as needed is required.
KEY RESPONSBILITIES
Marketing Leadership, Strategy & Revenue Impact
- Own the end-to-end marketing strategy aligned with corporate growth and revenue objectives
- Partner closely with sales leadership to drive pipeline growth, improve conversion, and establish closed-loop reporting between marketing and sales
- Define marketing KPIs, dashboards, and performance metrics to measure impact on revenue, demand generation, and brand performance
- Serve as a strategic marketing advisor to executive leadership, providing insights, recommendations, and performance reporting
Lead Generation, CRM & Account-Based Marketing
- Lead demand generation and MQL strategy to ensure a consistently strong, qualified sales pipeline
- Establish governance, standards, and best practices for CRM utilization, MQL tracking, and lead lifecycle management
- Own and execute account-based marketing strategies to drive customer engagement, retention, and expansion
New Product Marketing & Go-To-Market Leadership
- Lead go-to-market strategy for new product launches from concept through commercialization
- Develop integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns aligned with customer needs, market positioning, and revenue goals
- Partner cross-functionally with product, sales, and operations teams to ensure successful launches and adoption
Digital Marketing, Social Media & Brand Presence
- Set strategic direction for digital marketing and social media, prioritizing quality, consistency, and performance
- Oversee the creation of high-impact visual, motion, and written content across all digital platforms
- Ensure all digital touchpoints reinforce EZ STAK's brand positioning, value proposition, and customer experience
Marketing Collateral, Sales Enablement & Print
- Provide strategic oversight for product cut sheets, brochures, specification sheets, and sales enablement materials
- Ensure all collateral supports sales effectiveness, product education, and informed customer decision-making
- Manage vendor relationships and oversee print production standards, timelines, and quality
Web, SEO & Digital Experience Ownership
- Own the strategy, health, and ongoing optimization of the EZ STAK website and digital ecosystem
- Lead the development of landing pages, digital campaigns, and web assets that drive engagement and conversion
- Oversee SEO strategy and paid digital initiatives, including Google Ads, to improve visibility and lead performance
Multimedia & Visual Storytelling
- Define and execute a multimedia strategy that elevates product storytelling and brand awareness
- Oversee photography, video, animation, and motion content standards across all channels
- Leverage video and visual content to support product launches, demand generation, and brand campaigns
Brand Governance & Change Leadership
- Act as steward of the EZ STAK brand, ensuring consistency, integrity, and quality across all regions and channels
- Establish and maintain brand guidelines, design systems, and asset libraries
- Lead brand evolution initiatives, ensuring internal alignment and adoption across teams
Market Insight, Research & Voice of Customer
- Lead market, competitor, and customer research to inform strategy, positioning, and product development
- Champion the voice of the customer by integrating insights into messaging, campaigns, and go-to-market planning
Budget, Resources & Team Leadership
- Develop, manage, and optimize the marketing budget to ensure efficient use of resources and strong ROI
- Evaluate, select, and manage marketing tools, platforms, agencies, and external partners
- Lead, mentor, and develop marketing team members and contractors, building scalable capabilities to support growth

– Leads integrated marketing campaigns, product launches, and brand initiatives with strong planning, execution, and deadline management.
Change Leadership & Brand Stewardship
– Guides adoption of new marketing tools, processes, and brand standards, ensuring consistency, quality, and innovation across all channels.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Education & Experience
- Degree or diploma in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related discipline
- Minimum of 5+ years of progressive marketing experience, including leadership responsibility across demand generation, content, and digital marketing
- Proven experience supporting both B2B and B2C markets, preferably within commercial, industrial, or product-driven organizations
- Demonstrated success leading integrated marketing campaigns that support pipeline growth, product launches, and brand development
- Experience partnering cross-functionally with sales, product, and executive teams to deliver measurable business outcomes
- Experience managing budgets, agencies, or external partners is considered an asset
Skills & Knowledge
- Deep expertise in B2B and B2C marketing strategy, including lead generation, MQL management, and account-based marketing
- Strong command of digital marketing tools, platforms, and analytics, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Experience developing and executing SEO strategies and paid digital campaigns
- Advanced writing, editing, and communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate marketing strategy, creative concepts, and performance insights to non-marketing stakeholders and leadership
- Strong background in marketing research, competitive analysis, and performance measurement
- High level of creativity and innovation, paired with strategic thinking and attention to detail
- Advanced social media strategy and content development skills, emphasizing quality, consistency, and brand impact
- Experience with photo and video editing tools, including motion graphics and short-form video content
