Minimum qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 12 years of experience as an HR Business Partner, People Consultant, or HR Generalist, providing consultations to the business on People topics such as reorgs, change management, talent, etc.
  • 5 years of experience directly managing an HR team.
Preferred qualifications:
  • 10 years of experience directly managing, coaching, and developing a team of HR professionals in a complex, matrixed organization spanning across different countries.
  • Experience remotely managing a team with members across different locations.
  • Experience influencing stakeholders without direct authority, and translating high-level business strategy into executable people programs and initiatives.
  • Experience working with multiple markets within Canada and Latin America.
  • Ability to connect gaps between business priorities and people processes.

As the Manager for the Canada and Latin America (CALA) People Consultant Business Partners (PCBP) team, you will lead and mentor a team of PCBPs across the region while retaining a direct strategic partnership with key business units. You will act as a primary connector between Business HR and Frontline HR, translating high-level business strategy into actionable people plans. Whether overseeing your team's delivery of core HR processes or personally driving complex organizational designs and escalations, you will ensure operational excellence and cultural alignment across the region.Great just isn't good enough for our People Operations team (known elsewhere as "Human Resources"). The Canada base salary range for this full-time position is CAD 212,000-217,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and develop a team of Human Resources Business Partners (HRBPs), provide regular coaching, manage performance, foster career growth, and ensure delivery on cross-market priorities.
  • Oversee the team's workload distribution and execution of key areas such as reorganizations, talent initiatives, change management, and escalation management.
  • Drive strategic alignment on cross-market Product Area priorities, ensuring they are represented and prioritized in the team's country People plans.
  • Serve as the trusted partner for a designated client subset; bring People Operations in-market delivery expertise to influence and design business-critical initiatives. Support business leaders with high-complexity organizational design and the completion of reorgs to help the business achieve goals.
  • Leverage data insights to influence Business HR and Product Area (PA) decision-makers on people initiatives and programs. Seek opportunities to lead long-term, scalable, and simplified solutions to drive PA initiatives.
