Arsenault is currently operating 100% remotely during the pandemic. Once it is safe to do so, you will have the flexibility to work in the office or continue to work from a mix of both

Arsenault is looking for someone with a service first personality to lead our IT operations team. You should have experience planning and managing projects from idea to implementation and be comfortable communicating with a diverse group of people from different departments.

As an Information Technology Manager, you will:

  • Responsible for the planning, development and management of IT services, programs, software, and hardware throughout the organization
  • Develop and implement IT and security best practices, service KPIs, and a project roadmap strategy
  • Work with IT service partners and vendors to ensure prompt delivery of hardware, software, SaaS tools, manage timelines, renewal life cycles, and warranty services, without disrupting business continuity
  • Manage all aspects of IT service for both remote employees and 2 physical offices. The headquarters in downtown Calgary as well as a sales and support office in London which covers EMEA
  • Manage cloud based user directory, IAM, Multi-Factor, Single Sign on Service
  • Work with Security & Compliance teams to evolve security practices, assist with audits, and ensure vulnerabilities are promptly remediated
  • Develop a monitoring strategy to automate the continuous monitoring of network, systems, and services to ensure processes are operating as designed

We know youre going to be a great Information Technology Manager, if you:

  • You have 4+ years of experience in an IT service & administration role and 2+ years in a leadership role
  • You have experience designing, managing and monitoring IAM services including Single Sign On (SAML), Multi-factor, and Group Policies. (eg. Jumpcloud, Azure AD)
  • You are an expert in managing desktop operating systems (Apple OS and Windows)
  • You have experience in managing, configuring, and troubleshooting corporate software applications such as Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Bitwarden, Zoom, Gong, Atlassian, and Envoy
  • You have dealt with physical and logical networking including, firewall configuration, VPN service and maintaining a secure WiFi network
  • You have experience with PowerShell or other scripting languages
  • You are able to lift at least 50lbs
  • You are passionate about continually improving the user experience of people interacting with the ITSM team
  • You are a trusted leader with a track record of delivering projects which exceed expectations. People love being on your team and are highly motivated
  • You are detail oriented, organized and always prepared
  • You have excellent verbal and written communication skills and are comfortable addressing a diverse audience of business professional
  • You are naturally curious and continuously research, evaluate and recommend improvements to the organizations services, processes and tools
