CLAIRMONT COMMUNITY SCHOOL is seeking candidates who enjoy working in a student-focused and collaborative environment. We invite applications for a Temporary Part-Time Educational Assistant (12 hours/week , M-TH 8:30-11:30 a.m.) . The Educational Assistant works under the supervision of a certificated teacher.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Educational Assistant Diploma is preferred
  • CPR/First Aid would be considered an asset
  • Experience working with children in a classroom/organized setting is preferred
  • You have the ability and willingness to perform required physical tasks, as well as assist with personal care.
  • You have the ability to meet outside of school hours.
  • You have the ability to work as part of a team.

Terms and conditions of employment are outlined in Policy GGG: Personnel Policy for Non-Teaching Staff. Salary is commensurate with education and experience. The salary range for this position is $20.66/hour to $27.20/hour.
