Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and passionate Bungee Group Fitness Instructors to lead exciting and dynamic bungee fitness classes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fitness, a love for motivating others, and a high-energy personality to engage participants. Responsibilities include leading group classes, ensuring the safety of all participants, and creating an inspiring workout experience. Responsibilities

  • Lead Bungee Fitness Classes: Deliver engaging and high-energy group fitness classes using bungee cords, ensuring participants get a full-body workout.
  • Ensure Participant Safety: Monitor the safety and well-being of all participants by checking bungee cord setups, ensuring proper form, and adjusting exercises for different fitness levels.
  • Create Class Plans: Develop and implement creative and varied class routines to keep workouts challenging and fun, incorporating different exercises to target all muscle groups.
  • Motivate Participants: Inspire and encourage participants to push themselves while maintaining a positive and energetic atmosphere in the class.
  • Monitor Fitness Progress: Track participant progress and offer feedback, modifications, or alternative exercises based on individual needs and goals.
  • Maintain Equipment: Regularly inspect and maintain the bungee equipment to ensure its safety and functionality.
  • Provide Excellent Customer Service: Build relationships with participants, answer questions, and create a welcoming environment for all fitness levels.
  • Manage time efficiently to ensure all classes start and end on schedule.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the fitness area to provide a safe workout environment.
  • Stay updated on the latest fitness trends and techniques to continually enhance personal knowledge and client offerings.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Group Fitness Instructor or in a similar role is preferred.
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage and motivate clients effectively.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities with a focus on creating an inclusive environment for all participants.
  • Strong time management skills to balance multiple classes and client schedules efficiently.
  • A passion for health, fitness, and helping others achieve their wellness goals.
  • Relevant certifications in fitness instruction or personal training are highly desirable.
