What You'll Be Doing:

  • Driving business growth
     through proactive strategies and daily execution
  • Driving
     
    Daily appointment targets
     to keep the showroom buzzing
  • Leading by example
     with a hands-on, high-energy approach that motivates your team
  • Setting and achieving 
    sales and financial goals
     with clear action plans
  • Coaching, developing, and inspiring a dynamic sales team to exceed expectations
  • Overseeing 
    efficient operation
     of the sales floor and finance office
  • Implementing 
    continuous improvement initiatives
     to elevate performance
  • Staying ahead of 
    industry trends
    , technology, and best practices
  • Managing CRM processes and ensuring high CSI/NPS scores
  • Appraising and pricing 
    pre-owned inventory
     with confidence and accuracy
  • Navigating 
    retail financing
     options, including PRIME and NON-PRIME solutions
  • Negotiating deals and maintaining 
    exceptional customer satisfaction

What You Bring:

  • Proven 
    Sales Management experience
     in automotive retail
  • A strong ability to 
    lead, motivate, and develop
     high-performing teams
  • A results-driven mindset with a focus on 
    appointments and conversions
  • Deep understanding of vehicle appraisals and pricing strategies
  • Expertise in retail financing
    , including subprime solutions
  • A commitment to 
    customer satisfaction
     and relationship-building
  • Valid 
    VSA License
     and 
    Driver's License
