About the Role

We are looking for an Infant & Toddler Educator who understands the importance of responsive caregiving, attachment-based practice, and emergent curriculum. You will play a vital role in supporting children's early development through nurturing relationships, thoughtful environments, and reflective practice.

Key Responsibilities

  • Adhere to all legislative, provincial, and licensing requirements
  • Provide responsive, developmentally appropriate care that supports preschoolers' social, physical, emotional, and cognitive development

  • Observe, document, and assess children's learning and development

Qualifications

  • Full ECE/ECE-IT Certificate and registration with the BC ECE Registry (required)
  • CPR & First Aid Certification (valid and current)
  • Clear Criminal Record Check / Vulnerable Sector Search
  • Infant/Toddler experience (preferred)
  • FoodSafe BC (asset)
  • Knowledge of Emergent Curriculum and the BC Early Learning Framework (asset)
  • Knowledge of selfregulation (asset)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $25.80 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week
