Calgary's Newest Steakhouse – NOtaBLE ~ The Steakhouse, Calgary, AB

Are you a passionate hospitality leader with a love for premium steaks, exceptional service, and high-energy operations? Join our team as Assistant General Manager and help drive excellence in Calgary's vibrant dining scene.

What You'll Do:
  • Support the GM in daily operations, including floor management, staff scheduling, and inventory control
  • Lead, train, and motivate a team of 30+ FOH staff to deliver 5-star guest experiences
  • Oversee service standards, wine program execution, and private dining events
  • Manage financial targets: labor costs, COGS, and revenue growth
  • Ensure compliance with AHS health & safety, AGLC liquor laws, and company policies
  • Step in as acting GM when needed
What You Bring:
  • 3+ years in upscale full-service restaurant management (steakhouse experience a strong asset)
  • Proven track record in high-volume ($3M+ annual revenue) environments
  • Strong wine & spirits knowledge; WSET certification a plus
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency with POS systems
  • Flexible availability: evenings, weekends, holidays
  • Valid ProServe certification
