We're looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Account Coordinator to join our growing marketing team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career marketer who's eager to learn the foundations of agency workflow, client service, and campaign execution within the CPG and shopper marketing space.

As an Account Coordinator, you'll play a critical role in keeping projects on track, supporting the account and creative teams, and ensuring flawless execution from brief to in-market delivery. You'll work across a range of retail marketing programs — from creative development and production, to logistics and field execution — gaining exposure to all sides of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Coordination & Administration

  • Support the account team with day-to-day coordination, timelines, reporting, and administrative tasks.

  • Write and traffic studio briefs for creative development and production artwork builds.

  • Manage workflow between account leads, studio, and production teams to ensure projects stay on brief, on budget, and on schedule.

Logistics & Asset Management

  • Handle client logistic requests and coordinate with warehouse leads for shipping, distribution, tracking, and asset management.

  • Maintain detailed records of inventory, shipments, and marketing materials.

Shopper Marketing Support

  • Support backend workflow for shopper marketing programs — briefing creative, tracking customer timelines, and understanding retailer requirements.

  • Assist in program setup, tracking deliverables, and post-campaign reporting.

Event & Activation Support

  • Provide hands-on support for simple and major event activations, including set-up and tear-down of brand assets, coolers, and sampling equipment (approximately once per month).

  • Coordinate logistics and ensure brand standards are maintained during on-site activations.

Team & Client Support

  • Assist in preparing client presentations, recaps, and status documents.

  • Support the development of strong client relationships through reliable communication and attention to detail.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, production, and logistics partners to deliver high-quality work.

Qualifications:

Mandatory Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.

  • Valid driver's license and access to a car.

  • Located in the Greater Toronto Area and able to attend the office or client meetings approximately 2x per week.

  • Exceptional organization, time management, and attention to detail.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace.

Preferred / Strong Assets:

  • 1-2 years of work experience in a related field

  • Previous agency experience (including internships or co-op) is a strong asset.

  • Interest in consumer packaged goods (CPG), retail, and shopper marketing.

  • Curiosity about marketing strategy, creative development, and client relationship management.

  • Desire to learn and grow within an integrated agency environment.

  • Bilingual considered an asset.

Compensation

  • Starting Salary: $48,000 – $52,000 CAD annually (commensurate with experience).

  • Benefits & wellness package, mileage reimbursement, and opportunities for professional growth.
