Responsibilities

  • Perform general cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and disinfecting surfaces in assigned areas
  • Clean restrooms, kitchens, and common areas to ensure they meet health and safety standards
  • Maintain cleanliness of floors, windows, furniture, and fixtures using appropriate cleaning tools and supplies
  • Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap, and toilet paper as needed
  • Follow established safety procedures to handle cleaning chemicals safely
  • Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly
  • Adhere to company policies regarding sanitation protocols and confidentiality

Qualifications

  • Prior custodial or commercial cleaning experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates
  • Knowledge of cleaning techniques and equipment is advantageous
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness
  • Good physical stamina with the ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
  • Reliable work ethic with punctuality and professionalism
  • Successful Candidates must have a valid Driver's Licence and a car to be able to get to work independently
