About the Opportunity

We are seeking a
full-time Physiotherapist
to join our multidisciplinary team. This role is well-suited for both an experienced clinician ready to deepen their leadership skills
and
a new graduate who values mentorship and a supportive, team-first culture.

Your practice will include assessment and treatment of a diverse caseload using manual therapy, patient education, and rehabilitative exercise. Pelvic Health training is considered an asset but is
not
required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a recognized Physiotherapy program
• Licensed (or eligible) with CPTBC
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Commitment to evidence-informed practice and ongoing learning
• Ability to meet physical demands of the role

New grads and experienced clinicians are both encouraged to apply.

Your Clinical Responsibilities

• Complete thorough assessments and individualized treatment plans
• Provide hands-on manual therapy and exercise-based rehabilitation
• Educate patients about their condition and ongoing care
• Communicate with referring physicians and collaborating practitioners
• Maintain strong clinical documentation
• Adjust treatment plans as patients progress

Compensation Structure

• Competitive, above-market compensation
• Fee-for-service percentage split (Independent Contractor)

  hourly employee model
• Flexible scheduling
• Full-time, permanent role
