About the Opportunity
We are seeking a
full-time Physiotherapist
to join our multidisciplinary team. This role is well-suited for both an experienced clinician ready to deepen their leadership skills
and
a new graduate who values mentorship and a supportive, team-first culture.
Your practice will include assessment and treatment of a diverse caseload using manual therapy, patient education, and rehabilitative exercise. Pelvic Health training is considered an asset but is
not
required.

Qualifications
- Graduate of a recognized Physiotherapy program
- Licensed (or eligible) with CPTBC
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Commitment to evidence-informed practice and ongoing learning
- Ability to meet physical demands of the role
New grads and experienced clinicians are both encouraged to apply.

Your Clinical Responsibilities
- Complete thorough assessments and individualized treatment plans
- Provide hands-on manual therapy and exercise-based rehabilitation
- Educate patients about their condition and ongoing care
- Communicate with referring physicians and collaborating practitioners
- Maintain strong clinical documentation
- Adjust treatment plans as patients progress
Compensation Structure
- Competitive, above-market compensation
- Fee-for-service percentage split (Independent Contractor)
or
hourly employee model - Flexible scheduling
- Full-time, permanent role
