Irrigation Technician

Overview

NHA Irrigation is a well-established Niagara irrigation company with over 25 years in business. Our primary focus is golf course irrigation, along with residential and commercial irrigation systems across the Niagara Region. We are growing and looking to add 2–3 new team members to our field crew starting in March. Full-time, seasonal (March–December, with return opportunity each year)

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors, learning a skilled trade, and being part of a professional, supportive team. No irrigation experience is required — we provide full training — but experience in irrigation, landscaping, construction, plumbing, electrical, or mechanical work is an asset.

What you'll be doing

• Assisting with golf course, residential, and commercial irrigation systems
• System start-ups, troubleshooting, repairs, and winterizations
• Installing sprinkler heads, valves, controllers, and underground piping
• Trenching, pulling pipe, and operating specialized equipment
• Interacting professionally with customers and course staff

What we're looking for

• Reliable and punctual
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather
• Physically capable of lifting, digging, and being on your feet
• Comfortable using hand tools and willing to learn new equipment, and technical systems
• Positive attitude and good communication skills
• Driver's license is an asset
