Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physiotherapist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in patient care, with experience in hospital settings, particularly in acute care and pediatrics. As a Physiotherapist, you will be responsible for assessing and treating patients to improve their physical function and overall quality of life.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical abilities and needs.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient evaluations and medical history.
  • Implement therapeutic interventions to enhance mobility, strength, and overall physical function.
  • Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, exercises, and injury prevention strategies.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes.
  • Stay updated on the latest medical terminology and physiotherapy techniques to provide the best care possible.

Requirements

  • Degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution.
  • Proven experience in a hospital setting, particularly in acute care and pediatrics.
  • Strong understanding of patient care principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in medical terminology relevant to physiotherapy.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
