This position is offered under an independent contractor model.

  • 70% of treatment revenue paid directly to the Registered Massage Therapist (RMT)
  • 30% retained by the clinic to cover space, utilities, administrative support, and operational costs

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) to join our wellness team. The ideal candidate will provide professional massage therapy services to clients, promoting relaxation, pain relief, and overall well-being. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of medical terminology, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service in a welcoming environment.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct professional massage therapy sessions tailored to individual client needs
  • Assess client conditions and develop personalized treatment plans
  • Maintain accurate and detailed client records following privacy regulations
  • Educate clients on post-treatment care and wellness practices
  • Ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable treatment environment
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance client experience and clinic operations
  • Stay updated on the latest massage therapy techniques and industry standards

Requirements

  • Valid certification and registration as a Massage Therapist (RMT) in accordance with local licensing authorities
  • Knowledge of medical terminology related to health and wellness
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
  • Excellent communication skills for effectively explaining treatments and addressing client concerns
  • Prior experience in a clinical or spa setting is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided if necessary
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to professional ethics
  • Flexibility to work various shifts as needed, including evenings or weekends if required

Pay: $38,825.00-$134,949.16 per year
