True North Salmon, a division of Cooke Aquaculture Inc., a dynamic and growing east coast family company, with Platinum Member status in the Canada's Best Managed Companies Program, is offering a unique opportunity for a highly motivated individual to join the Company's sales team as an Inside Sales Representative. This position reports to the Inside Sales Manager.

The Role:

This entry level sales position is based in our Blacks Harbour, NB office and will work closely with customers, sales account managers, and various sales operations teams. This position offers the opportunity to learn, advance and demonstrate the ability to work independently and as part of a team. The Inside Sales Representative will have a proven track-record of achievement and a reputation for high standards of personal and professional conduct.

The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for:

Daily management of customer accountsContacting customers for ordersEntering sales orders into various order delivery systemsFacilitating and coordinating order fulfilmentResponding to customer inquiriesInitiating customer claimsSupplying sales materials and informationDelivering superior customer service

The successful candidate will possess: 

Excellent customer service skillsA sense of urgency Individual driveExperience with Microsoft OfficeExperience in customer service, sales, or administration (preferred)
