Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Family Physician to join our new clinic in Downtown Toronto. The ideal candidate will work with our medical team of Family Physicians and Nurses to provide primary care to patients of all ages and backgrounds. This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the community.

Duties:

  • Conduct examinations of patients to diagnose and treat various illnesses and injuries

  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans for patients

  • Manage chronic conditions and coordinate care with specialists as needed

  • Provide preventive care services, including screenings, immunizations, and health education

  • Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with regulatory standards

  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes

Skills:

  • Experience in hospital or clinical settings

  • Knowledge of Primary Care practices

  • Empathetic and Friendly personality

  • Strong skills in medication administration

  • Excellent patient care and communication skills

  • Familiarity with medical terminology and electronic health records

  • Ability to work in a team setting
