Your Role & Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose & Repair – Identify and fix issues efficiently, following BMW's high standards.
  • Routine Maintenance – Perform essential services to keep vehicles in peak condition.
  • Precision Testing – Conduct thorough inspections and road tests to ensure optimal performance.
  • Client & Team Communication – Work closely with service advisors to provide accurate updates to clients.
  • Continuous Learning – Stay up to date with BMW online training courses and additional certifications as assigned.
  • Preventative Maintenance – Use diagnostic software to recommend services that enhance vehicle longevity.
