Responsibilities

  • Assist with loading and unloading materials and equipment
  • Prepare work areas by cleaning and organizing tools and supplies
  • Support team members in executing construction, maintenance, or manufacturing tasks
  • Operate basic hand tools and machinery as instructed
  • Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, hazard-free workspace
  • Perform general labor duties such as digging, lifting, carrying, and moving materials
  • Assist with site cleanup and waste disposal to ensure compliance with safety standards

Skills

  • Physical strength and stamina to perform demanding manual tasks throughout the workday
  • Ability to follow instructions accurately and work well within a team environment
  • Basic knowledge of safety procedures related to construction or industrial sites
  • Good communication skills for effective coordination with team members
  • Prior experience in construction, manufacturing, or general labor is a plus but not required
