What You'll Do as a Commercial Lines Insurance Expert

  • Support the Commercial sales and customer service team while providing a superior level of service
  • Review policies and recommend coverages based on individual client needs
  • Provide coaching, mentoring, and support to BIG Brokers in Commercial Lines
  • Adhere to the underwriting criteria set out by our broker partners
  • Follow up and coordinate client documents with accuracy and care
  • Provide new business quotes obtained through BIG Leads and direct client inquiries
  • Review coverage and risk with new clients prior to sending submissions to markets for pricing
  • Become proficient with online quoting portals across all carriers

  • 2+ years of experience as a Commercial Insurance Broker
