Position Overview

As a Grocery Store Associate, you will assist with daily store operations including customer service, stocking, and maintaining a clean shopping environment. This is an excellent opportunity for students or young individuals looking for steady full-time or part-time work in a fast-paced retail setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist customers in Cantonese or Mandarin
  • Restock shelves and maintain product displays
  • Operate cash register and handle payments (if trained)
  • Keep aisles and work areas clean and organized
  • Assist with inventory and unloading deliveries
  • Follow all store safety and cleanliness guidelines

Requirements

  • Fluent in Cantonese and/or Mandarin (required)
  • Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
  • Positive, friendly, and customer-service oriented attitude
  • Reliable and punctual with good communication skills
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weight
  • Available to work a minimum of 8-hour shifts (full-time or part-time)

Schedule

  • Morning, afternoon, and weekend shifts available
