As a Beauty Sales Associate, you thrive to succeed in a fast-paced environment by demonstrating initiative and achieving sales goals set by upper management. SUKOSHI is looking for a candidate with an upbeat personality that has a genuine passion and deep knowledge for beauty and skincare. You enjoy working independently and as a team to ensure first class customer service.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ability to provide exceptional customer service by developing in-depth knowledge about all products offered.
  • Delivering sales, outstanding customer experience, and operational expectations
  • Maintaining personal and productivity goals.
  • Connects with every customer by asking open-ended questions to assess needs.
  • Ability to learn and share expertise of products and trends to fit customer's needs.
  • Maintains an awareness of all product knowledge, and current or upcoming product / trends.
  • Contribute to an overall positive work environment and serve as a bridge between customers and sales associates.
  • May involve other responsibilities.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCES

  • Retail experience in beauty and skincare is preferred, but a strong interest and willingness to learn about K-Beauty/J-Beauty/Asian beauty products are also welcome, as training will be provided.
  • Confident and comfortable engaging customers to deliver an elevated experience.
  • Initiates completion of tasks or activities without necessary supervision.
  • Flexible availability is highly preferred– evening and weekend availability.
  • Resourceful and versatile with an ability to quickly adapt to changes (product trends, store policies, etc.).

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Seasonal

Contract length: 3 months

Pay: From $17.85 per hour
