Job Overview

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Chef to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the food industry and a commitment to creating exceptional dining experiences. As a Chef, you will be responsible for meal preparation, food handling, and ensuring the highest standards of food safety and quality in our kitchen.

OUR MORNING SHIFTS: 11 AM - 5 PM

NIGHT SHIFTS: 5 PM - 11:30 PM

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality food preparation.
• Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and menu specifications.
• Manage inventory, including ordering supplies and minimizing waste.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen.
• Assist in menu planning, taking into consideration seasonal ingredients and customer preferences.

Skills

• Previous experience in the food industry, previous experience working in a ramen restaurant is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen setting while maintaining attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with kitchen staff and front-of-house teams.
• A passion for culinary arts and a desire to create memorable dining experiences for guests.
