We have developed Funeral 365, an innovative ERP solution fully designed by our team and based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. Specifically dedicated to the funeral sector, Funeral 365 is already adopted by international clients and facilitates the digital transformation of their operations.

WHAT YOU WILL DO ON A DAILY BASIS

The Dynamics Business Central Solution Architect is responsible for designing and overseeing the end-to-end implementation of Funéraire 365 solutions based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. Serving as a true link between business needs and technical execution, he or she ensures that the ERP system is configured and customized to meet organizational goals and the specific requirements of the funeral industry. The architect works closely with stakeholders, project managers, developers, and consultants, while leading and mentoring the team to ensure the delivery of scalable, compliant, and perfectly integrated solutions focused on customer satisfaction and regulatory compliance.

YOUR MAIN RESPONSABILITIES

• Understand the business and regulatory specifics of the funeral sector: case management, services, contracts, billing, inventory, and compliance.
• Identify operational workflows and translate them into efficient solutions in Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Develop tailor-made architectures integrating all financial and operational cycles specific to the funeral industry.
• Configure and adapt Dynamics Business Central (BC) modules according to client needs.
• Define best practices for delivery, documentation, and training for teams and clients.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients, adopting an empathetic approach and attentiveness to human and operational issues.
• Ensure the quality and compliance of deliverables throughout the project.
• Supervise and guide consultants in the technical and functional execution of projects.
• Support the team's skills development on Dynamics Business Central (BC) and the particularities of the funeral industry.
• Monitor legal developments and technological innovations in the funeral sector to anticipate future client needs.

YOU WOULD BE PERFECT FOR THE ROLE IF YOU HAVE

• Experience with Dynamics 365 BC projects in highly regulated or complex contexts;
• University degree in finance, information technology, management, or a related field;
• Proven experience as a solution architect in an ERP environment, with a focus on finance modules;
• Experience in a preferred vertical sector;
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 BC certification;
• Project management and change management experience
• Experience integrating multi-site or international projects
• Proficiency in French and advanced English required due to the nature of the position, especially for regular communication with clients outside Quebec.

CE QUE VOUS FEREZ AU QUOTIDIEN

L'architecte de solution Dynamics Business Central est responsable de la conception et de la supervision de la mise en œuvre de solutions Funéraire 365 de bout en bout, basées sur Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. Véritable lien entre les besoins d'affaires et l'exécution technique, il/elle s'assure que le système ERP soit configuré et personnalisé pour atteindre les objectifs organisationnels et respecter les exigences du secteur funéraire. L'architecte collabore étroitement avec les parties prenantes, chefs de projet, développeurs et consultants, tout en pilotant et encadrant l'équipe pour garantir la livraison de solutions évolutives, conformes et parfaitement intégrées, centrées sur la satisfaction client et la conformité réglementaire.

VOS PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILITÉS

• Comprendre les spécificités métiers et réglementaires du secteur funéraire : gestion des dossiers, prestations, contrats, facturation, stocks et conformité.
• Identifier les flux opérationnels et les traduire en solutions efficaces dans Dynamics 365 BC
• Développer des architectures sur-mesure intégrant l'ensemble des cycles financiers et opérationnels spécifiques au funéraire.
• Configurer et adapter les modules Dynamics BC selon les besoins clients.
• Définir les bonnes pratiques de livraison, documentation et formation pour les équipes et les clients.
• Servir d'interlocuteur principal pour les clients, en adoptant une approche empathique et attentive aux enjeux humains et opérationnels.
• Garantir la qualité et la conformité des livrables tout au long du projet.
• Encadrer et guider les consultants dans l'exécution technique et fonctionnelle des projets.
• Assurer la montée en compétences de l'équipe sur Dynamics BC et sur les particularités du secteur funéraire.
• Suivre les évolutions légales et les innovations technologiques dans le funéraire pour anticiper les besoins futurs des clients.

VOUS SEREZ PARFAIT(E) POUR LE RÔLE SI VOUS AVEZ

• Expérience sur des projets Dynamics 365 BC dans des contextes fortement réglementés ou complexes;
• Diplôme universitaire en finance, technologies de l'information, gestion ou discipline connexe;
• Expérience avérée comme architecte de solutions dans un environnement ERP, avec un focus dans les modules finances;
• Expérience dans un secteur vertical privilégié;
• Certification Microsoft Dynamics 365 BC;
• Gestion de projet et conduite du changement
• Expérience d'intégration de projets multi-sites ou internationaux
• Maîtrise du français et niveau d'anglais avancé requis en raison de la nature du poste, notamment pour communiquer régulièrement avec des clients hors Québec.
