Solution Architect
Role and Responsibilities
- Act as the lead Solution Architect for the "Enablers and Incubators" service line.
- Work collaboratively with Solution Architects from the various product lines to identify and build a list of new shared components that will form the portfolio of the service line.
- Ensure consistency and alignment across the strategies of different product lines to maximize the value of the new shared components implemented by the service line.
- Contribute to defining the technology vision and prioritizing initiatives.
- Identify risks, technical challenges, and inter-project dependencies, and propose pragmatic directions aligned with the overall strategy.
- Serve as a bridge between technical teams and decision-makers by translating architectural concepts and their impacts.
- Support strategic and tactical decision-making while maintaining a medium- and long-term perspective.
Required Profile
- Strong experience as a Solution Architect in industrial or manufacturing environments.
- Expertise in MES systems and Service-Oriented Architectures (SOA).
- Excellent understanding of IT/OT environments, integration, data, security, and automation.
- Proven ability to align multiple roadmaps and manage complex dependencies.
- Strong analytical, synthesis, communication, and collaborative leadership skills.
- Comfortable working in agile, matrixed, and transformational environments.
- Bilingual in French and English
