Position Details

Nason Contracting Group Ltd. is currently seeking Cement Finisher with footings & pad work, formwork, wet finishing, and vibrating experience for work our Vitalus Project in Abbotsford, BC

  • Schedule Rotation: 10 days on, 4 days off
  • Benefits and RRSP Provided As Per Collective Agreement
  • Wages: $44.28

What You Will Be Working On

  • Execute precise footings and pad work for building foundations, ensuring all specifications are met.
  • Set up, align, and dismantle formwork systems for concrete pours.
  • Perform wet finishing to achieve smooth, high-quality surfaces.
  • Operate concrete vibrators to consolidate concrete and eliminate voids.
  • Ensure all work complies with safety standards, project specifications, and industry best practices.
  • Collaborate with the project team to meet deadlines and maintain quality control.
  • Maintain tools and equipment in excellent working condition.

What We Are Looking For

  • Applicants with formwork experience will only be considered
  • CSTS 2020
  • WHMIS 2015
  • Extensive knowledge of the occupational hazards and safety precautions applicable to the work
  • The ability to lift, carry and handle weight up to 50lbs
  • Must be organized, self-driven, and have ability to understand and execute oral and written instructions
