As Director, Enterprise Architecture & Applications, you play a critical leadership role in shaping how technology enables business capabilities, drives value realization, and supports scalable growth across the enterprise.
The Role
As Director, Enterprise Architecture & Applications, you provide enterprise-wide architectural leadership and strategic direction across application architecture, solution design, and enterprise architecture practices. You own the enterprise architecture and applications strategy, guide long-term roadmaps, and ensure alignment between business priorities, digital investments, and technology platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Lead application rationalization efforts to reduce complexity, risk, and cost across decentralized environments.Establish and evolve global architecture and application standards while balancing regional and functional needs.Own the Enterprise Architecture and Applications strategy and roadmap aligned to Cooke's digital strategy.Define enterprise reference architectures, standards, and solution patterns across business domains.Provide executive leadership for application and solution architecture, ensuring consistency and scalability.Chair or significantly influence architecture governance forums, including the Architecture Review Board (ARB).Align technology investments with enterprise goals, value realization, and risk stewardship.Drive enterprise capability maturity and measurable business outcomes.Mentor senior architects and develop leadership succession within the architecture practice.What Success Looks Like

Experience & Qualifications
