Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Metal Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for fabricating, repairing, and maintaining metal components across various projects. This role requires a strong understanding of mechanical systems, code compliance and schematic reading to ensure high-quality workmanship and safety standards. The Metal Worker will play a vital role in supporting construction, maintenance, and manufacturing operations within our organization.

Responsibilities

  • Repair and maintain equipment such as boilers, HVAC systems, and appliances
  • Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings to execute precise work
  • Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting of mechanical systems
  • Assist in installation projects involving residential and commercial hvac systems
  • Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and quality standards
  • Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and accurately

Experience

  • Knowledge of HVAC maintenance, and appliance repair is highly desirable
  • Installation of residential and commercial duct systems and hvac equipment
  • Familiarity with schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings required
  • Prior experience in construction or maintenance environments is a plus
  • Mechanic experience or background in commercial maintenance will be advantageous
  • Strong understanding of safety protocols related to metalworking and mechanical systems
  • Independent and reliable are a must
