Overview

Kalins Pro Painting is looking for an experienced two-person painting crew to complete residential painting projects as subcontractors. This is not an employee position. We provide steady, well-organized projects and clear job scopes. Crews must already work together and be familiar with residential repainting.

About the Work

This subcontractor role involves completing interior and exterior residential painting assignments across the Greater Toronto Area. Projects are assigned based on availability and performance. Materials such as paint and primer are provided. Crews must supply their own tools, ladders, and transportation. Work hours vary by project and are flexible.

Responsibilities

  • Complete residential painting projects to professional standards

  • Follow provided job scopes and site procedures

  • Maintain a clean and organized work area

  • Arrive on time and communicate clearly with our office

  • Ensure proper surface preparation and consistent finish quality

Requirements

  • Existing crew of at least two painters

  • Minimum three years of residential painting experience

  • Ability to work independently as a subcontractor

  • Own tools, equipment, and reliable transportation

  • Ability to follow systems and complete work on schedule

  • Attention to detail and consistent workmanship

Compensation

Pay is per project. Typical earnings depend on project size and crew capability. Consistent crews commonly earn the equivalent of approximately $1,500 to $3,500 per week. Payment is issued after project completion and quality review.
