Community First Solutions is now hiring Full-Time Caregivers who are ready to launch their nursing careers — no prior certifications needed Join our team as a Caregiver in Hamilton, and after just 30 days of strong performance, good attendance, and a manager referral, you'll be invited to join our February CNA Training Program — at no cost to you This is your chance to earn while you learn, gain hands-on experience, and step confidently into a rewarding career in healthcare.

Pay:

  • $16/HR base pay before certification

    • $18/HR after STNA certification

Eligibility:

  • Passion for helping others and interest in a long-term healthcare career

  • Commitment to work full-time (AM or PM shift) for at least one year at one of our Hamilton campuses

  • 18+ years old or high school graduate

  • No prior healthcare experience required — we'll train you

  • 30 days actively working in role with strong performance, good attendance and manager referral to move forward with training program
  • Must be available 4-9pm for classes
