Working for VIA Rail is being a part of a collective effort in sustainable mobility.

You will be responsible for all real estate construction projects assigned to you, covering small and medium-sized projects ($100K to $25M) across the country, including station and maintenance center construction and rehabilitation projects. More generally, you will participate in the planning and execution of the entire real estate portfolio. You will recommend innovative strategies to improve project delivery efficiency and develop partnerships to optimize project delivery and real estate portfolio development.
