EDI Coordinator

Our client, a regulatory body, is seeking a detail-oriented EDI Coordinator for a temporary assignment with potential of permanent.

This is a coordination and support role that will advance EDI initiatives and foster an inclusive, equitable workplace culture. In this role, you will support the development and implementation of EDI programs, track progress against diversity goals, and coordinate related events and initiatives. You will assist in research, reporting, and communication efforts to promote awareness and engagement across the organization.

You will also collaborate with internal teams, engage stakeholders, and contribute to continuous improvement of EDI strategies and practices.

Qualifications

  • Post-secondary degree or diploma in a relevant field (e.g., Business, HR, Social Sciences), or equivalent experience.
  • At least 3 years of direct experience in an EDI-related role, preferably within an administrative, research, or HR-related capacity.
  • In-depth knowledge of EDI principles, best practices, and emerging trends.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to draft professional program materials and communications.
  • Proven research skills with the ability to summarize findings and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Experience in project management, change management, and coordinating initiatives across various teams.
