Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our products, providing exceptional customer service, and building strong client relationships. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive sales approach, and the ability to effectively demonstrate products. Multilingual abilities and experience in technology or retail sales are highly valued to enhance our diverse customer engagement.

Duties

  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products or services
  • Conduct product demonstrations and explain features to potential clients
  • Upsell additional products or services to maximize sales opportunities
  • Maintain a clean and organized merchandising area, ensuring products are well-presented
  • Operate POS systems for transactions, including cash handling and cashiering duties
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
  • Manage time effectively to meet sales goals and ensure efficient store operations
  • Utilize phone etiquette skills to follow up with customers and generate new leads
  • Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment as needed
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve overall sales targets and improve store performance

Experience

  • Previous experience in retail sales, technology sales, or customer service is preferred
  • Bilingual abilities (English and additional languages) are highly desirable for serving diverse clientele
  • Familiarity with merchandising, POS systems, cash handling, and basic math skills is advantageous
  • Strong communication skills, organizational skills, and time management capabilities are essential
  • Experience in product demos, upselling techniques, and technical sales will be considered a plus
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and phone etiquette

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
